BMCS has continued to increase the number of female service users as part of our organisational strategy. The number of service users that are male and female is almost equal; 1566 male and 1235 female.
This is a phenomenal achievement for the staff of BMCS, especially considering that a decade ago, BMCS was very much a male dominated organisation.
